Step 1: Pre filter 5 micron to remove suspended material such as sediments, insects, fibres, asbestos, large rust, dust and particles etc.
Step 2: Granular activated carbon to reduce chlorine to prevent hydrolysis of TFC membranc and abrorbs volatile organic components from feed water
Step 3: Activatged carbon block filter to absorb complete chlorine, odor, color and organic chemicals from feed water.
Step 4: TFC membrane with pores of 0.0001 mic. Reduces water contaminants such as TDS, heavy metals and waterborne microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria etc.
Step 5: Post carbon filter to remove bad taste and odor, improves water taste and enhances antibacterial function by silver granular activated carbon. ( or )
Antioxidant alkaline filter increase ph level of water making it alkaline and removes harmful active oxygen preventing diseases like cancer, hypertension, diabetes, etc.,
Step 6: Fine filter minimize Contaminant inside the tank by reducing fine dust flowed into storage tank passing through post carbon filter ( or )
U.V. lamp radiation can deactivate microbiological contamination
Step 7: Special ceramic filter for PH Control, give mineral supply and make great taste of water.
Reverse Osmosis is a separation process, which involves the passage of liquid from the lower concentration of dissolved substances to that of a higher concentration, when the two are separated by a semi permeable membrane. Thus, pure water is produced by screening out dissolved salts and other contaminants. Reverse Osmosis Membrane is made of Semi permeable membranes, made of cellulose acetate or aromatic poly amide, having pore size of 0.0001 microns in diameter. These can filter out most of the inorganic contaminants, microscopic parasites including viruses, which may cause serious health hazards.
The RO Process uses a semi permeable TFD Membrane to remove and reject TDS & Microbiological Contaminants up to 90 to 95% from water. Contaminants such as Iron, Lead, Nitrate, Magnesium, Copper, Sodium Bacteria, Viruses and much more can be eliminated using only water pressure.
UV sterilization utilizes UV light energy to deactivate any microbial contamination in water by altering their DNA structure and making them unable to reproduce and cause diseases. Water after passing through UV radiation gets free of disease causing microorganisms
Ultra filtration is done by using Hollow fibre membranes having pore size 0.01 to 0.1μ. It is effective in the removal of colloids, proteins, bacteria, pyrogens (e.g. gram-negative bacterial endotoxins), and other organic molecules larger than 0.01µ.
Natural water contains several essential minerals like Calcium, Magnesium and may also contain harmful impurities like heavy metals, fluorides, and arsenic.
These minerals and heavy metals are what constitute ‘Dissolved Solids’ in water. The level or the presence of these Dissolved Solids in water is commonly referred to as TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level of water.
The presence of minerals like calcium and magnesium in small quantities is what makes the drinking water healthy and it is very essential that the drinking water contains these minerals.
RO Membranes usually removes around 90% of dissolved solids from the input water, and that includes essential minerals.
What this essentially means is, if the input water does not have high TDS then chances are the RO Membranes will reduce the level of essential minerals to a significantly low level making the water unhealthy and not fit for drinking. This is where the role of TDS Controller comes into effect. As detailed above, in such a scenario when the TDS level of the input water is not so high, TDS Controller can be used to increase the TDS of purified water to a healthy level.
TDS Controller is basically used to increase the level of essential minerals in the purified water.
Alkaline ionized water is used for drinking and cooking, and provides users with several important health benefits:
ALKALIZING: restores pH balance by reducing acidity levels in the body
ANTIOXIDANT: helps to neutralize free radicals that can cause cellular and DNA damage
SUPER-HYDRATING: smaller water cluster size allows water to penetrate cells more easily
MINERAL RICH: contains higher concentrations of alkaline minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium which are vital to human health
OXYGEN RICH: increases the amount of dissolved oxygen in the blood
DETOXIFYING: eliminates mucus build-up on colon walls, thus improving the body’s ability to absorb important nutrients
CLEANSING: contributes to flushing out acidic waste and toxins that have accumulated in the body over time
ENERGIZING: negatively charged hydroxyl ions contribute to increased energy, mental clarity, and overall alertness
WEIGHT CONTROL: reduces the body’s need for fatty tissues which protect vital organs from acidity by storing acidic waste in less critical parts of the body
These contaminants affect the appearance of water or physical properties. Sediment or suspended particles present in water sources such as lakes, rivers, and streams contain a lot of physical contaminants.
The chemical compounds or elements also affect the quality of water. Chemical contaminants such as nitrogen, salts, animal or human drugs, toxins produced by bacteria are some of the types of contaminants present in water.
The microorganisms present in water such as bacteris, viruses, parasites contaminate the water and lead to a number of health problems.
Unprotected water of what commonly called as unfiltered water is very harmful for consumption. The water that is supplied to your home might be collected from different sources such from streams, rivers, cisterns, and poorly constructed wells. Drinking contaminated water for a long periord can lead to a number of chronic health issues.
Some of the diseases caused by drinking contaminated water are mentioned below:
An acute illness, typhoid is caused by Salmonella Enterica Serotype Typhi Bacteria, which is present in water or food. Poor appetite, headaches, high fever, lethargy, Diarrhea are some of the common symptoms of tyhoid.
Diarrhea is one of the most common water borne diseases. Caused by SHigella Bacteria, Diarrhea attacks the cells present in th elarge intestine. This results in abdominal cramps, anal pain, and bloody stool. The water borne disease can also lead to severe dehydration.
Hepatitis E Virus not only infects the liver but also swells it up. Eating undercooked food and drinking impure water are the main causes of Heptitis E.
The Health effects of deinking contaminated water can impact to severe illness or even to death as well. The study says that the effects of drinking contaminated water can be noticed immediately, or it can many years as well. Drinking contaminated water can let you experience gastrointestinal/Stomach illnesses that are like nausea, cramps, diarrhea, vomiting and many others. In addtion to these, you can also experience different diseases like Cholera, Malaria, Typhoid Fever, Viral Gastroenteritis, Hepatitis etc,.
